Metric definitions & sources
Emails sent, replied, interested and positive ratio use the selected date range. Replies are unique replies reported by the sending platform; reply rate is replies divided by contacted leads. Positive ratio is 1 interested reply per N contacted leads. Zero interested replies produce no ratio.
Monthly target and pacing always use the current calendar month in UTC, regardless of the reporting filter. Expected volume is monthly target × elapsed calendar days (including today) / days in the month. A client is on track at 100% of expected volume or more. Targets and the email/lead volume metric come from Management. Clients without a positive target or available MTD data are excluded from volume compliance.
Leads remaining are total minus contacted lead slots in active campaigns, clamped at zero for each campaign. They are not unfinished sequence steps or deduplicated people. Estimated days remaining divide that count by average daily new contacts during the last seven calendar days; no estimate is shown without recent contacts.
Infrastructure health is the percentage of connected mailboxes for each provider, not a deliverability or inbox-placement score. Live sources: sending-workspace statistics, active campaigns and sender mailboxes, using workspace-specific credentials. Snapshots are cached for up to five minutes. Unconnected clients and unavailable measurements are shown explicitly and excluded from numerical totals.
